You are invited to submit an abstract for your proposed presentation. Submitted abstracts should enhance the discussion of the various initiatives and technology supporting the UAS as well as programmatic and logistics approaches. The general rules for submitting abstracts are listed on the General Rules page.
Please make sure you read and understand the rules before submission.
Government, Industry, and academia are encouraged to participate. If you wish to form your own panel discussion, we would be glad to facilitate your needs. Please click on the track topics to thoroughly review the requirements of each track, and determine which track the abstract or panel proposal best fits. Please be sure to submit abstracts and/or panel proposals within the appropriate track using the links from this page. Abstracts and panel proposals should be 200-500 words in length. Do not attempt to submit abstracts or panel proposals through any other means. Submitted abstracts will be rated based on clarity, value added to the conference, and how well the topic fits within the track. Abstracts should be public releasable and contain no proprietary information. Please note that the conference planning team may determine that an abstract or panel proposal best fits in a track other that what was originally selected by the author.
Upon acceptance of your presentation, you will be requested to submit final presentation materials to UTC in electronic format via the UAS Midwest website using the Microsoft Office family of applications (PowerPoint is the preferred method). The final presentation must be received by August 1, 2016. Minor revisions submitted after that date will be considered but will not be included in the conference materials. This will facilitate the preparation of conference proceedings which will be posted on the conference website. Once you receive an acceptance letter you will be provided with additional instructions for your presentation preparation and additional information for speakers.
